OUR LABS
We have most of what we need in our premises on Dalbyvägen in Lund. Electronics lab, prototype lab, high voltage lab, radio lab, acoustics lab and a small mechanical workshop. If that's not enough, we are five minutes away from our parent company Sigma Connectivity, which has the largest lab in Northern Europe.
HIGH VOLTAGE LAB
In this lab we can test and evaluate high power electronics. We have power supplies up to 30 kW and 50 kV, and measuring instruments for similar levels.
RF & EMC LAB
Basic antenna development, antenna matching, ESD and EMC testing using a wide range of measurement equipment.
If necessary, we also have access to fully equipped EMC labs within 10 minutes.
CLIMATE LAB
We have a calibrated, smaller climate chamber, and Sigma Connectivity, located 10 minutes away, has a large fleet of larger machines available.
PROTOTYPE LAB
We build complete prototypes and perform advanced PCB rework. The lab is equipped with professional soldering stations, microscopes, a component inventory, wiring, and specialized tools to ensure efficient development.
MECHANICS LAB
A small mechanical workshop for rapid prototyping and machining of plastic and metal. Equipped with a milling machine, drill, grinder, 3D printer, and 3D CAD software for simple mechanical design.
